05:56 PM EDT, 03/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Interparfums (IPAR) acquired the worldwide intellectual property rights relating to Maison Goutal from Amorepacific Europe for an undisclosed price.

Amorepacific will continue to operate the Goutal brand under a license agreement, Interparfums said Monday in a statement.

Interparfums plans to take over the brand's development starting in 2026, in collaboration with its licensee.
