Janus International Shares Fall After Q3 Adjusted EPS, Revenue Miss Estimates

10:09 AM EST, 11/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Janus International ( JBI ) shares were down by more than 12% in recent Thursday trading after the company's Q3 adjusted earnings and revenue missed analysts' forecasts.

The company reported Q3 adjusted earnings Thursday of $0.16 per diluted share, up from $0.15 a year earlier. Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.19.

Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 27 was $219.3 million, down from $230.1 million a year earlier. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $225.6 million.

The company said it now expects 2025 revenue between $870 million and $880 million. The previous guidance was from $860 million to $890 million.

Analysts polled by FactSet expect $883.9 million.
