09:04 AM EDT, 10/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- JFB Construction ( JFB ) said Wednesday it executed an $18.8 million contract to serve as general contractor for the first phase of building a public high school in DeSoto, Florida.

The construction contract is for the first of three phases with a total project value of $100 million, JFB said.

The company said the project will have an "immediate impact" on its Q4 revenue.

Shares were up 1.4% in recent premarket activity.
