John Wiley & Sons Fiscal Q4 Adjusted Earnings Rise, Revenue Falls

07:49 AM EDT, 06/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- John Wiley & Sons ( WLY ) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings Tuesday of $1.37 per diluted share, up from $1.21 a year earlier.

A single analyst polled by FactSet expected $1.27.

Net revenue for the quarter ended April 30 was $442.6 million, down from $468.5 million a year earlier.

A single analyst surveyed by FactSet expected $435 million.

The company said it expects fiscal 2026 adjusted EPS to be in the range of $3.90 to $4.35. A single analyst polled by FactSet expects $3.80.

The company's shares were up nearly 7% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
