03:22 AM EDT, 06/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Johnson & Johnson's ( JNJ ) therapeutic candidate for warm autoimmune hemolytic anemia, Imaavy, showed a significant durable hemoglobin response in patients during a phase 2/3 trial, the company said Thursday.
Patients in the 30 mg/kg treatment group achieved a statistically significant durable hemoglobin response, compared with placebo, with mean hemoglobin improvement of at least 1 gram per deciliter as early as the first week, according to Johnson & Johnson ( JNJ ).
The study showed that three times as many patients achieved durable hemoglobin levels versus placebo by 24 weeks, the company said.
