Krispy Kreme Expands Into Brazil

01:34 PM EDT, 03/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Krispy Kreme (DNUT) said Monday it will open its first shop through a minority interest joint venture with Ipiranga's AmPm in Sao Paulo in late April.

The company said its market entry will be carried out through its capital-light franchise strategy in partnership with Ipiranga's AmPm, a convenience stores chain in Brazil.
