Net revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $404 million, compared with $450.9 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $414 million.

For full-year 2025, the company said it expects adjusted EPS of $0.04 to $0.08 on net revenue of $1.55 billion to $1.65 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect non-GAAP EPS of $0.30 from sales of $1.76 billion.

Shares were down more than 8% in premarket activity.
