10:14 AM EDT, 09/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Lakeland Financial ( LKFN ) unit Lake City Bank said Monday it plans to spend $12 million to renovate its Innovation and Technology Center in Warsaw, Indiana, as part of a larger headquarters expansion.

The expansion, expected to be completed in summer 2026, will increase the 35,600-square-foot facility's capacity to about 110 employees from 40 currently, Lake City Bank said. The facility will house the bank's technology services, information security, application management, and project management teams, it added.

Shares of Lakeland Financial ( LKFN ) were down 1.1% in recent Monday trading.
