LandBridge Prices Secondary Public Offering

10:42 AM EST, 11/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- LandBridge ( LB ) said Monday that LandBridge Holdings LLC priced an underwritten public offering of 2.5 million of its class A shares at $71 per share.

LandBridge Holdings, the selling shareholder, also granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 375,000 class A shares.

The offering is expected to close on Tuesday, LandBridge ( LB ) said.

The company's shares were down more than 9% in recent trading on Monday.

Price: 67.73, Change: -6.82, Percent Change: -9.14
