Linkbancorp Completes Sale of New Jersey Operations to American Heritage Federal Credit Union

10:30 AM EDT, 04/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Linkbancorp ( LNKB ) said Tuesday its Linkbank unit has completed the sale of its banking operations and three branches in New Jersey to Philadelphia-based American Heritage Federal Credit Union.

The branches had roughly $87 million of deposits and $105 million in loans, the company said, adding that the transaction resulted in an estimated after-tax gain, net of transaction costs of about $8.5 million.
