Radiant Logistics Acquires USA Logistics, USA Carrier Services

10:28 AM EDT, 04/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Radiant Logistics ( RLGT ) said Tuesday it acquired USA Logistics Services and USA Carrier Services, which have operated as part of the company's Service By Air brand since 2014.

Radiant said the transaction is structured so that a portion of the expected purchase price will be payable in subsequent periods "based on the future performance of the acquired operations."

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

USA Logistics will combine with existing company-owned operations in Philadelphia, while USA Logistics founder Michael Boyce will become general manager of the newly combined organization, reporting to Tim O'Brien, general manager of Radiant's US forwarding operations.
