12:27 PM EDT, 05/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Luca Mining ( LUCMF ) was last seen up 8% after the company on Monday released assays on nine holes from exploration drilling at its Tahuehueto gold-silver mine in Mexico.
The company said best results included 13.9 meters of core testing at 3.9 gold-equivalent grams per tonne and 4.8 meters testing at 5.62 GEOS.
"The discovery of multiple new high-grade ore shoots so quickly into this new exploration program confirms the robust nature of the Tahuehueto epithermal vein system and the potential to add immediate value to this asset," said exploration vice-president Paul Gray.
The company shares were last seen up $0.11 to $1.47 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
