04:34 PM EDT, 07/23/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Manhattan Associates ( MANH ) reported Q2 adjusted earnings late Tuesday of $1.18 per diluted share, up from $0.88 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.96.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $265.3 million, up from $231.0 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $256.4 million.

The company said it expects 2024 adjusted EPS of between $4.22 and $4.30 and revenue to be between $1.036 billion and $1.044 billion. Analysts polled by Capital IQ expect $3.93 and $1.034 billion.

The previous guidance was for adjusted EPS to be between $3.86 and $3.94 and revenue of $1.026 billion to $1.034 billion.

Shares of Manhattan Associates ( MANH ) were up over 11% in after-hours activity.
