12:57 PM EST, 02/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Brookfield Asset Management ( BAM ) is mulling a roughly $1 billion investment in Spring Education Group, a private school operator, Bloomberg reported Tuesday, citing people with knowledge of the matter.

Brookfield did not immediately reply to a request for comment from MT Newswires.

BAM shares were over 1% higher in recent trading.
