07:07 AM EDT, 10/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- JPMorgan Chase ( JPM ) has offered its staff an option to use its in-house artificial intelligence chatbot for writing year-end performance reviews, the Financial Times reported Monday, citing unnamed people familiar with the matter.

The tool generates a performance review based on employees' given prompts, the report said, citing the sources.

JPMorgan ( JPM ) did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
