10:43 AM EST, 11/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Tesla's (TSLA) sales in some European markets fell in October as Chinese rivals released new electric vehicle models at a fast pace, Reuters reported Monday, citing local industry data.
New Tesla car registrations, used as a proxy for sales, fell 89% in Sweden, 86% in Denmark, 50% in Norway, 48% in the Netherlands, and 31% in Spain, the report said.
Chinese brands, including BYD, outsold Tesla in Denmark and Spain, according to the report.
Tesla did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
