08:02 AM EDT, 04/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Mastercraft Boat ( MCFT ) said Monday that chief financial officer Tim Oxley will retire effective Dec. 31.

The company said Scott Kent, vice president of finance, will take over as CFO starting July 1.

Oxley will continue to support the company as a special advisor to the executive team from July through December to facilitate a smooth transition, the company said.
