05:35 PM EDT, 09/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Methode Electronics ( MEI ) said late Thursday its board appointed Mark Schwabero as chairman, following the retirement of Walter Aspatore.

Schwabero was previously appointed vice chairman in May 2024 and has been a director since 2019, the company said, adding that he was chairman and chief executive of Brunswick (BC) from 2016 to 2018.
