MicroStrategy Shares Decline After Executive Chair Michael Saylor Sells Additional Shares

12:38 PM EDT, 04/01/2024 (MT Newswires) -- MicroStrategy ( MSTR ) Executive Chairman Michael Saylor has sold about 10,000 additional shares of the company, according to filings with the US Securities and Exchange Commission Thursday and Friday.

The company's shares fell 5.2% in recent trading Monday.
