Model N Fiscal Q2 Non-GAAP Net Income, Revenue Rise

09:24 AM EDT, 05/06/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Model N ( MODN ) reported fiscal Q2 non-GAAP net income Monday of $0.24 per share, up from $0.18 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by Capital IQ expected $0.28.

Total revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $65.1 million, up from $62.6 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by Capital IQ expected $64.5 million.

The company said it is not issuing fiscal Q3 guidance and is suspending its fiscal 2024 outlook due to its pending acquisition by affiliates of Vista Equity Partners.
