12:32 PM EDT, 06/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Mustang Energy ( MECPF ) Thursday it launched a geophysical survey over the Spur Project located south of the Athabasca Basin in Saskatchewan as it searches for uranium, rare earth elements (REEs), and base metal mineralization.

According to a company statement, the Aerial Electromagnetic Survey utilizes Xcite's time-domain electromagnetic system with Radiometrics, and will be flown by Axiom Exploration Group, covering approximately 10,000 hectares which has not been covered by modern day electromagnetic survey techniques.

Mustang shares were last seen down $0.02 to $0.18 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
