Nasdaq Says Secondary Stock Offering by Borse Dubai Priced at $59 a Share

06:46 AM EDT, 03/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Nasdaq (NDAQ) said late Tuesday that an earlier announced secondary offering by Borse Dubai of about 27 million of Nasdaq shares has been priced at $59 apiece.

Nasdaq said the underwriters have been given a 30-day option by Borse Dubai to buy up to 4 million additional Nasdaq shares.

The offering is slated to be completed on Friday.

Nasdaq shares were down more than 3% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.

Price: 60.39, Change: -2.07, Percent Change: -3.31
