11:28 AM EDT, 06/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- New Mountain Finance ( NMFC ) said Thursday it has increased the maximum amount of common shares to be sold through its existing at-the-market offering program to $400 million from $250 million.

As of Thursday, up to about $258 million of the shares remained available for sale under the program, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission.
