01:26 PM EDT, 08/08/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Newmark Group ( NMRK ) said Thursday it has arranged a $300 million joint venture between US health care real estate development and investment firm, Catalyst Healthcare Real Estate, and real estate investment management firm, Heitman.

Newmark ( NMRK ) said the joint venture will use the amount for the development pipeline of health care properties, including medical outpatient buildings, orthopedic centers and inpatient rehabilitation facilities.

Shares of Newmark ( NMRK ) were up about 3.8% in recent trading.
