05:08 AM EDT, 05/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- NNN REIT ( NNN ) said late on Tuesday it has priced its $500 million senior unsecured notes due 2034 at 98.768% of par value with a yield to maturity of 5.662%.

The offering is expected to close on or about May 29, the company said.

The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay debt, to fund future property acquisitions and for general corporate purposes.
