Okta Fiscal Q2 Non-GAAP Earnings, Revenue Increase; Raises Fiscal 2026 Outlook

04:16 PM EDT, 08/26/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Okta ( OKTA ) reported fiscal Q2 non-GAAP net income late Tuesday of $0.91 per diluted share, up from $0.72 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.84.

Revenue for the quarter ended July 31 was $728 million, up from $646 million a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $711.2 million.

For fiscal Q3, the company expects non-GAAP EPS of $0.74 to $0.75 on revenue of $728 million to $730 million. Analysts polled by FactSet are looking for $0.75 and $721.3 million, respectively.

For fiscal 2026, the company raised its non-GAAP EPS guidance to a range of $3.33 to $3.38 from the previous range of $3.23 to $3.28. Revenue projection for the fiscal year also increased to $2.88 billion to $2.89 billion from the previous range of $2.85 billion to $2.86 billion. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect non-GAAP EPS of $3.27 on revenue of $2.86 billion.

Shares of the company rose 3.8% in after-hours activity.
