08:50 AM EDT, 08/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ondas Holdings ( ONDS ) said Monday that it has agreed to acquire Apeiro Motion, an Israeli developer of ground robotics, fiber optic communications systems and mission-critical automation technologies, for $12 million.

The company said that the consideration will be structured as a mix of cash and/or equity at Ondas' ( ONDS ) discretion and that Apeiro is expected to generate over $12 million in revenue this year.

Shares of the company were up more than 2% in recent Monday premarket activity.
