12:42 PM EDT, 10/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- One and One Green Technologies (YDDL) shares rose sharply in their Nasdaq debut on Thursday after the company priced 2 million shares at $5 apiece for gross proceeds of $10 million in its initial public offering.

The stock was up 12.4% at $5.62 in recent trading, after opening at $5.75.

The Philippines-based waste materials and scrap metal recycling firm granted underwriters a 30-day option to buy up to 300,000 additional shares to cover over-allotments.

The offering is expected to close on Friday, the company said.
