Opendoor Technologies Q2 Loss Narrows, Revenue Rises; Q3 Revenue Guidance Issued

04:22 AM EDT, 08/06/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Opendoor Technologies ( OPEN ) reported a Q2 net loss late Tuesday of $0.04 per share, narrowing from a loss of $0.13 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected a loss of $0.03.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was $1.57 billion, up from $1.51 billion a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $1.50 billion.

The company said it expects Q3 revenue in the range of $800 million to $875 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.06 billion.

Opendoor's ( OPEN ) shares were down 19% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
