08:18 AM EDT, 06/04/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Palantir Technologies ( PLTR ) entered into agreements with Kirkland & Ellis, McCarthy Building and GNP Seguros for the use of its Artificial Intelligence Platform, or AIP, the company said Thursday in separate statements.
Palantir's ( PLTR ) agreement with Kirkland & Ellis focuses on launching a proprietary enterprise platform for private equity fundraising, it said. Built around Kirkland's institutional knowledge, workflows, tradecraft and judgment, the platform is designed to support end-to-end private funds workflows, including fund documentation, investor solutions, side letter drafting, obligation tracking, closing commitments and compliance.
Palantir ( PLTR ) also entered into a multi-year, multi-million-dollar strategic partnership with McCarthy Building. Under the agreement, McCarthy will use AIP to develop a connected artificial intelligence operating system that integrates McCarthy's construction expertise into workflows, from early design to field execution. The partnership will focus on McCarthy's AI-native system Pulse designed to support field teams with real-time insight, scenario planning, risk analysis and decision orchestration, Palantir ( PLTR ) said.
Separately, Palantir ( PLTR ) signed a multi-year, multi-million-dollar enterprise expansion agreement with Mexican insurer GNP Seguros. Under the deal, AIP will be deployed across GNP's insurance portfolio, including health, life, auto and property insurance products.
Shares of Palantir ( PLTR ) were up more than 2% in Thursday pre-bell activity.
