11:20 AM EST, 12/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Penguin Solutions' ( PENG ) Cree LED and Daktronics ( DAKT ) said Tuesday they have signed a multi-year licensing agreement for LED display technology providing the latter to use Cree's technology with limited exceptions.

The agreement ensures there are no patent disputes between the parties for the term of the agreement, the companies said.
