10:20 AM EDT, 07/15/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Penguin Solutions' ( PENG ) Cree LED brand said Tuesday that it filed a patent infringement lawsuit against NanoLumens for alleged rights violations in certain display products.

The lawsuit was filed in the US District Court for the Northern District of Georgia and asserts infringement of 10 patents, according to Cree LED.

NanoLumens did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.

Shares of Penguin Solutions ( PENG ) were up over 3% in recent trading.
