Phoenix Education Partners Prices IPO at $32 per Share

03:43 AM EDT, 10/09/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Phoenix Education Partners ( PXED ) said late Wednesday that it has priced its initial public offering of about 4.3 million shares at $32 per share.

Underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 637,500 shares.

The shares are set to start trading on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol 'PXED' on Thursday, with the offering expected to close Friday.

Phoenix Education Partners ( PXED ) is the parent company of The University of Phoenix, which provides access to higher education opportunities for working adults.
