01:08 PM EDT, 07/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Pitney Bowes ( PBI ) said in a regulatory filing Monday that it has not yet concluded the strategic review of its global ecommerce segment.

The shipping and mailing company also said that it has sold its fulfillment services business which is a "small piece" of the ecommerce segment. Financial and other details of the sale were not disclosed.

Pitney Bowes ( PBI ) denied media reports Friday that it had sold off its entire global ecommerce segment.
