01:57 PM EST, 02/10/2025 (MT Newswires) -- PowerFleet ( AIOT ) shares rose 33% in recent trading Monday after the company reported fiscal Q3 revenue that exceeded market expectations and increased its revenue outlook for full-year 2025.

The company reported fiscal Q3 non-GAAP net income of $0.01 per share, down from $0.03 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.04.

Revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $106.4 million, up from $73.6 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $99.2 million.

The company said it now expects full-year 2025 revenue to exceed $362.5 million, compared with its previous guidance of about $352.5 million. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $357.2 million.
