- Blue Origin founder Jeff Bezos spoke to U.S. President
Donald Trump at least twice this month as he tries to capitalize
on a feud between rival SpaceX founder Elon Musk and Trump and
bag more government contracts.
- Shell said it has not approached BP,
denying it was in talks for what would be largest oil deal in a
generation.
- Conagra Brands ( CAG ) will remove certified food, drug
and cosmetic colors from its U.S. frozen product portfolio by
the end of 2025.
- Ulta Beauty ( ULTA ) said its finance chief Paula Oyibo
has quit the role after a little over a year and named insider
Chris Lialios as its interim CFO.
- Candy maker Mars' takeover of Pringles maker Kellanova ( K )
was cleared by U.S. antitrust regulators, but their EU
counterparts opened a full-scale investigation into the $36
billion deal, saying it could lead to price hikes.
- President Trump has toyed with the idea of selecting
and announcing Federal Reserve chair Jerome Powell's replacement
