03:21 AM EDT, 06/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Kevin J O Connor, Director, on June 11, 2024, sold 15,384 shares in Procore Technologies ( PCOR ) for $1,023,241. Following the Form 4 filing with the SEC, O Connor has control over a total of 1,477,126 shares of the company, with 13,583 shares held directly and 1,463,543 controlled indirectly.

GAIL in the process of getting an authorisation from the PNGRB for the 425-km Gurudaspur (in Punjab) to Srinagar pipeline via Jammu, its chairman and managing director Manoj Jain said. GAIL will by May 2023 complete a 700-km pipeline from Mumbai to Nagpur, enabling the flow of gas to central India.
