01:00 PM EDT, 04/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- PureTech Health ( PRTC ) confirmed Monday it is in talks for a potential all-cash takeover by the private equity firm Nordic Capital.

According to the company, there is no certainty the discussions will result in an official offer or what the terms of any potential proposal will be.

It added that Nordic Capital has until May 5 to clearly declare its intentions.

The announcement was made without Nordic Capital's consent, according to the company statement.
