RBB Bancorp Reports CEO Transition Timeline

05:34 PM EST, 12/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- RBB Bancorp ( RBB ) said Thursday that it will appoint Johnny Lee as president of the company, president and chief executive officer of Royal Business Bank and a director of the company and bank from Jan. 1 next year.

RBB said Lee will become CEO of the firm from May 22 next year. Lee is currently president and chief banking officer of Royal Business Bank, a subsidiary of RBB.

Lee will succeed David Morris, who will resign from his position as CEO of the bank and president of the company Jan. 1, the company said.

Morris will continue serving as the company's CEO until he retires May 21, RBB said, adding that Morris will remain on the board of the company and the bank.
