05:24 PM EDT, 04/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Redwire ( RDW ) and ispace technologies-US said late Tuesday they have signed a memorandum of understanding to pursue commercial lunar exploration missions for the NASA Commercial Lunar Payload Services initiative and other clients.

Redwire ( RDW ) said it is among the 14 prime contractors on the CLPS contract. ispace-US is an American lunar exploration company.
