10:38 AM EDT, 09/19/2024 (MT Newswires) -- ReShape Lifesciences ( RSLS ) said Thursday it is implementing a one-for-58 reverse stock split of its common stock effective from Monday following the board's decision on Feb. 23.

No fractional shares will be issued; instead, they will be rounded up to the nearest whole share, the company said.

The company's shares were down nearly 15% in recent trading.
