Schlumberger to Sell Palliser Block Interests

05:54 PM EDT, 10/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- SLB (SLB), formerly known as Schlumberger ( SLB ), said late Thursday it agreed to sell its interests in the Palliser Block in Alberta, Canada.

The company expects the deal to close late in Q4, subject to regulatory approval and other closing conditions.

Palliser Block consists of oil and gas wells, surface facilities, a pipeline network and certain oil and gas development rights.
