Carmell ( CTCX ) has signed a purchase agreement with PMGC Holdings ( ELAB ) and its Elevai Skincare subsidiary to acquire the assets related to Elevai's skincare and haircare business, the companies said. Carmell ( CTCX ) shares were up past 133% premarket.
