Secure Energy Closes $300 Million Senior Unsecured Note Financing

11:24 AM EDT, 03/22/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Secure Energy Services Inc. ( SECYF ) has closed its previously announced private offering of $300 million aggregate principal amount of 6.750% senior unsecured notes due March 22, 2029 at an issue price of $100.00, for a yield of 6.750%.

Net proceeds of the offering were used to fund the redemption of all of the outstanding 7.25% senior unsecured notes due 2026 at a redemption price of 103.625%, plus accrued and unpaid interest up to, but excluding, the redemption date, being $358 million.

Price: 11.35, Change: -0.05, Percent Change: -0.44
