04:46 AM EDT, 03/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- SES AI (SES) said Wednesday it received a notice from the New York Stock Exchange that the company is not in compliance with its listing rules.

The company's non-compliance is due to the average closing price of its class A common stock was less than the minimum $1 per share requirement over a period of 30 consecutive trading days.

The company said it will respond to the NYSE within 10 business days of receiving the notice regarding its intent to cure the deficiency and that it has six months to regain compliance.
