08:11 AM EDT, 05/13/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Shake Shack ( SHAK ) said Tuesday it formed a partnership with Grupo Attie-Multifood Enterprises to expand into Panama.

The company said the deal includes plans to open 12 locations across the country by 2035, with the first location set to launch in 2026.

Grupo Attie-Multifood Enterprises currently operates more than 200 in-stores and 200 stores in Latin America, the company said.
