07:59 AM EDT, 05/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Shift4 Payments ( FOUR ) said Wednesday it has again extended its all-cash tender offer for all of the outstanding shares of Global Blue Group Holding ( GB ) .

Global Blue's ( GB ) board has recommended that all shareholders tender their shares into the offer, which will remain open through one minute after 11:59 pm ET June 5, but may be extended further.

Shift4 Payments ( FOUR ) said the depositary and paying agent for the tender offer has reported that roughly 232.2 million shares have been validly tendered, representing about 97% of the issued and outstanding shares.

The company expects the transaction to close by Q3.
