Simply Good Foods Fiscal Q4 Adjusted Earnings, Revenue Fall -- Shares Drop Pre-Bell

07:59 AM EDT, 10/23/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Simply Good Foods ( SMPL ) reported fiscal Q4 adjusted earnings Thursday of $0.46 per diluted share, down from $0.50 a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $0.48.

Revenue for the quarter ended Aug. 30 was $369 million, down from $375.7 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $368.7 million.

The company said its fiscal 2026 net sales is expected to range between -2% and +2% year-over-year.

Simply Good Foods ( SMPL ) shares were down 10% in recent Thursday premarket activity.
