Snowflake to Acquire Datavolo for Undisclosed Sum

04:22 AM EST, 11/21/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Snowflake (SNOW) said Wednesday that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Datavolo, an open data integration platform.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Datavolo provides a single platform for automating and managing data flows between various enterprise data sources. Together, both companies will simplify data engineering workloads.
