09:57 AM EDT, 08/20/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Sonder Holdings ( SOND ) said Tuesday it received Nasdaq's deficiency notification last Thursday as it did not timely report its Q2 results on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30.

The company has time until Aug. 30 to notify the regulator about an update to its original plan for regaining compliance with its delinquent filings, including the Q2 Form 10-Q, quarterly report on Form 10-Q for Q1 that ended on March 31, and annual report on Form 10-K for the year ended Dec. 31, 2023, Sonder ( SOND ) added.

The hospitality services provider said it intends to submit an updated compliance plan to Nasdaq.

Sonder's ( SOND ) shares fell 17% in recent Tuesday trading.
